Let’s hope Ford customer service can help you get this straightened out. And what about reaching out to another area Ford dealer, just to see if they have any answers? Might be best to see what Ford has fo say first, I guess, in case fhey give you ghe name of another dealership to go through.

Unless Ford corporate says that your deposit has also been transferred to another dealer, I would contact your state's attorney generals office and ask them to investigate.

Then answers he's looking for may lie with them. It maybe to early in the process for Ford corp to know anything.

I order June 2021. Dealer I ordered from went out of business.They called me to tell name of dealer who my order was transferred to.I did contact ford to verify. In Nov. 22 took delivery without a hitch. Price protected 0% finance.

How much was your deposit? When I initially wanted to order the Maverick through them, they wanted 2k deposit as it will be the mark up for the truck.

I walked away and ultimately decided to go eith Ford Advantage in Duarte. Not only there were no mark ups but also honored the pricing and the rates!

It's such a shame, I live less than a mile from Bob Wondries. Lol

My dealership closed down, but my order as well as my salesperson transfered to another dealer. I've been assured that my deposit followed also.
I ordered Oct of 2021, my truck was just built and is at the factory until transport.
