Yes, within 1-2 years. The hardware is already there. The floor pan in the Maverick is already designed for it all to bolt in. Offering it will be a necessity within a few years to start meeting the Clean Air guidelines in California and it's following states. The question remains will they be offering it elsewhere or only in those States at first. Also there's a poison pill, you put a 700 or 800 lb battery in the truck that comes right off of the payload. So it may not be able to haul as much as people might hope for. They will still sell every single one of them they build and it will cost.I would assume that at -some- point a PHEV Maverick is in the cards.
