Custom Hybrid Stripe installed

I liked the stripe offered by PremiumCarsDecalShop on Etsy and had an idea for a modification with the highway/leaf logo to better show this is a hybrid. I sent them the design and they were more than happy to put this together for me. It takes a little while to get shipment from Estonia, but they were excellent to work with, communicated well, and gave me what I thought was a great deal. I installed this today and I'm very happy!

Oddly enough, I saw it right away in your pictures. Maybe not on the road.

Yes you can do it it's very easy . A spray bottle of water take your time and you have the lower body line to go by. Took me about 2 and a half hours to do both sides . I did both sides and the hood and if your a little off your the only one who knows

That looks very sharp I like it a lot .

When I saw the green leaf I envisioned a full clear wrap with 1,000-2,000 green leafs on my cactus grey!

Yeah, I am seeing that now but aligned the top thinner stripe with the body line of the truck. I didn't notice that line of the truck isn't parallel to the bottom of the rocker panel. So, when I did the passenger side, I did it a bit differently. I will confess, getting everything just so with all the sharp points intact and no bubbles is a real challenge.

Yes... I addition to the hybrid theme I'm trying to bring out the slight greenish cast in the Cactus Gray. In some light, it looks more blue.

Looks great and kudos for having the courage to put it on yourself! I opted to pay a professional to do mine and the two sides are still not exactly at the same height.

If you watch a few YouTube install videos and then go slow and easy, it's not that hard. This one I found very helpful -

This design, especially with the small, sharp details inside the letters, was a bit more challenging. A basic stripe would be much easier. The wet soapy water method is a must IMHO.
