Its actually illegal to Sell a brand new vehicle over MSRP in Canada.. the work around is that someone buys it.. drives it off the lot.. then drives it back on and the dealer buys it from them.. Technically it is considered a Used Vehicle at that point and the dealer can sell it for whatever dollar amount they would like

People keep saying this, but nobody has pointed to either federal or provincal laws that back up that statement.
