I wasn’t too thrilled with them but they have grown on me. I put some on my dad’s hybrid and they don’t look bad.

On another note, I made another set for a customer similar to mine.

I've been on the fence with this product as well. Is the screen metal or plastic?

Plan on painting them up with some SEM Satin Ultra Black trim paint left over from my Mustang to match the other black trim.

The Amazon cover is plastic and the mesh is from the Air Design vents which is removable. I cut the center out of both then sandwiched the screen between both. It has double sided tape but I glued them together.
