Adding the 400 watt outlet to the bed...

So i could not wait for my truck...found one at Dealership in Richmond Va. I want to add the 400watt inverter to the bed of my truck. Is there a diy kit for this? can I order the parts from Ford and Install this my self?

Congrats! Was it at Sheehy? I saw one pop up on the inventory today and called them, they never called me back after going to check if it was on the lot. LOL

I’d be interested in adding the bed outlet as well along with the inverter. I didn’t really feel the lux package was worth it when ordering, but I like the truck so much I probably should have gone for it.

My understanding is Ford hasn’t made the kit available as an accessory as of yet. Hopefully it will be available at some time. Maybe someone’s looked into it more or put together a parts list?
