Car Scanner is an App that you can find in your phone’s App Store. It’s meant to work with an ELM327 compatible OBD2 Bluetooth scanner dongle.

my 26 Lariat AWD Hybrid showed ~2300 RPM at 75 mph. It varies depending on load (uphill/downhill).
Scangauge II in my truck.
Got the front where I want it - but will probably add driving/fog lights on a separate circuit from the headlights..
the light bar is a white DRL and the sequential turns. Also a quick shot of the side repeaters...
This is just one of a dozen or more spots on my truck. It’s called “Rail Dust” and it comes from the wheels of the transport train that carried our trucks up from Mexico. Exactly how it looks, it is a burned spot about 3/16” diameter and that burn goes all the way to the metal. I could hold...
Yes, the Maverick Hybrid does indeed have regenerative braking. There is a Braking Coach that you can turn on in the center dash display and it will tell you how much energy (percentage) in your braking, was returned to the Hybrid Battery. Yes, braking too hard will put more wear on your service...
Wow Ray! That’s a heckuva list you have there.
These are the comments of an SAE (yes that’s right) certified Journeyman Mechanic and retired engineer that still works on building / restoring cars.
Take my comments for what they may be worth to you. Not interested in keyboard wars with anyone...
have you priced a replacement starter and a couple hours of labor lately?
For those that live and do most of their travel in urban America, the money saved at stop lights and in traffic for fuel is far from break-even on the starter replacement costs.
It happened to my wife on our level driveway (parking brake off) in our 26 Hybrid. Turned the car off, then on (with brake pedal pressed) and it worked normally. The car had been parked overnight.
It has not reoccurred since.
Thanks! I built it to be a nice running docile power plant. Other than rather poor fuel economy (around 10 mpg) I have no complaints. I only have about 800 miles on it now - so it will be getting better..
I bought the car as a roller in 2007 and it’s been a chore/struggle at times, but mostly a good build. Now that my new shop is nearing completion, I might be able to finish it in the next 20 years! 🤣
only a few hundred pics or so - LOL. Maybe there’s another forum on here where I could post up more.
Bugsy was originally found in a field in Montana with a tree growing up through the middle of it and has been a project ever since. I built a 10.5:1 compression 331 (stroked and poked 302) Ford...
I just ordered a 49” strip for my truck too…

Don’t understand the issue with covering license plates - we don’t cover them while driving and they’re seen by thousands and recorded by flock cams an redlight cams everywhere…
Do a search - they both exist. Just not mainstream at this point..
