Change the air in your tires before you go. Live a little get the 5th bag. Take some snacks and a flashlight since you are traveling so far. Do you plan on camping or driving straight through? Good luck and god speed. And be sure to tell someone your route in case no one hears from you for a few...
Proud owner of my second maverick, a 2025 hybrid AWD XLT had it a few months and love it. Wife loves it better than her escape hybrid. We are picking up her new Lariat Hybrid AWD with sliding rear window and moonroof Monday. Tried to give her my Maverick since it’s broke in and me get the new...
Robots assemble and weld most cars today. Better production than humans and cheaper. No insurance or retirement. I hate losing jobs but that’s been the way for years. My buddy worked for Honda in the 90’s he supervised a robot welding and assembly door hinges and doors. A couple of minutes and...
Have a 25 AWD hybrid xlt without a sunroof. Also have a 24 escape hybrid AWD with a sunroof. Love it in the wife’s escape except she has allergies. So the roof stays closed.
I think a Maverick has the reputation of being a “real” compact truck with a mostly workable bed. It can haul and tow most of what people need. A RAV4 truck will probably be a lot like the Hyundai, a nice vehicle but would not give off the vibe of being a work vehicle.
My dealer and my exact truck but in a different color. That’s 7% discount plus there was a $500 farm bureau rebate and a $1000 ford rebate. And they were wonderful to deal with. All over the phone. At the dealer less than an hour. Seems a better deal than employee pricing.
$35,500 sounds more than fair. If they give you an actual $35,500 for it they will clean it and have to get $37,500 out of it to make profit. Hard to sell it for that when a new one is $1500 more. What did carmax and caravan etc. say?
It’s all a gamble. Drive 20 years with no problems except a starter and you lose money. Drive 6 years with a starter and a transmission and you win. People that say it’s worth it sometimes never use it but it is a peace of mind. No one can say if it’s worth it to you and your situation. They can...
I think a lot of tonneau covers are mass produced in the same factory overseas. So most are the same. Like a lot of things, there is no way 60 different factories produce 60 different brands of tonneau.
