    Exact same thing happened to mine. Other vehicle had some front end damage but only the bumpstep on mne. Just repleced it with another ($59 on ebay).

    Need to get an aftermarket module called MYMAVMODE. Can be set to start up in any mode. I got one for my 22 and it works great, eco everytime. Easy to install, took about 15 minutes.

    Check your local library. Many of them have a computer area and some have 3D printers as well. Just have to pay for filament.

    Mine is set at 951 now. I first did mine after 5000 miles and again after 10000.......... now is about .1 off most times.
